HOW TO APPLY

Step 1 | Application

Complete the online application below. You will receive an application confirmation email. (Enter "Kilimanjaro 2023" in the "Trip Applying for" field.)

Step 2 | Interview and Acceptance

Once your application is processed, a staff member will contact you to schedule an interview. 

Upon approval, you will receive an official acceptance letter, a special link to the climb website filled with trekker resources to help you prepare, further paperwork for the climb, and registration fee.  

 

Step 3 | Paperwork and Registration Fee

WE International needs a signed Participation Agreement and a trip deposit within two weeks of your acceptance.
You can send these items in electronically or by mail. 

 

Step 4 | Join the Trek!

Welcome to the team! After going through the interview and receiving the follow-up information you will have what’s needed to raise funds and prepare for the experience of a lifetime!
