TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INFORMATION
Passports
WE International needs your passport information! We use passport information to set up tickets, travel insurance, embassy declarations, and much more.
If you do not have a passport, you need to apply for one now.
*If your passport expires before August 2022, you must get your passport renewed. Without this 6 month validity window you will be denied entry.
Your passport must have at least 1 free visa (not endorsement) page.
If you do not have a free visa page you must renew your passport.
Without this visa page you will be denied entry.
Passport processing from the State Department routinely takes between 6-8 weeks in addition to the documentation that WE International needs to do to ensure your safety on the trip.
Please plan accordingly!
Please send a *color* copy of your passport to administrator@weinternational.org as soon as possible.
Medical Information
WE International needs a rather detailed medical history because unfortunately, sometimes accidents do happen when you're on an adventure of a lifetime.
For us to be best prepared to help you through any conceivable issue that may arise, we have created a detailed medical history form that will be kept completely confidential and secure.
This information will only be provided to medical professionals in cases of emergency.
Vaccinations
The following vaccinations are recommended for travel to Tanzania:
hepatitis A, hepatitis B, typhoid, yellow fever (REQUIRED), rabies, meningitis, polio, measles, mumps and rubella (MMR), Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis), chickenpox, shingles, pneumonia and influenza.
Book an appointment with a travel nurse to receive the necessary vaccines.
